BaraPost.co.id - A lawyer representing the famous actor Asta Jonasson, actually named Mark Sinclair, stated that his client "denies all these allegations."
Jonasson filed a lawsuit, claiming that the actor had harassed and sexually assaulted her at the St Regis Hotel Atlanta during the filming of Fast Five.
The lawsuit also includes allegations of wrongful termination, asserting that she was fired just hours after the alleged attack. In the lawsuit, Jonasson claims that Sinclair physically subdued her in the hotel suite, ignoring her clear refusal when touched.

After Jonasson screamed and ran towards the bathroom, the lawsuit states that the actor "pinned her to the wall with his body" and sexually assaulted her. The lawsuit also accuses Jonasson's dismissal occurring only a few hours after the incident, with the actor's sister, Samantha Vincent, who runs his production company, One Race Films, contacting and firing her.
The lawsuit includes claims of gender discrimination, illegal retaliation, emotional distress, and wrongful termination. Bryan Freedman, Sinclair's lawyer, reaffirmed his client's denial of all claims on December 21, 2023, stating that it was the first time he had heard about the allegations made over 13 years ago.
Jonasson's lawyer, Claire-Lise Kutlay, expressed hope that her client's legal action could bring about change and empower victims of sexual harassment. In addition to the Fast & Furious franchise, Vin Diesel is known for films like Guardians of the Galaxy, XXX, and Riddick, and he is a producer for the Fast & Furious series, ranking as one of the highest-earning actors in Hollywood.
